I ordered 2 canvases and have received 1. The tracking does not update, they will not answer their phones or email inquiries. I’m quite aggravated that I’ve spent good money with this company and can’t receive help

I'm having this same problem. My canvas tracking still says out for delivery, expected delivery date is Saturday the 8th which was four days ago.

I have tried contacting them and have yet to receive a response. It's a Christmas present for my brother and his wife who I barely ever get to see because they live in Hawaii so I'm getting really frustrated.
