Our photo arrived scratched. I talked to a customer service representative after I found a phone number by using the Internet.
When I talked with her, she indicated what I had to do to get the photo resent to us hopefully without scratches this time. I took a picture of it and the barcode and emailed that to her.
She said that she has already sent our order out to be placed and mailed and she even emailed me a tracking number. My fingers are crossed and I hope that I get it this week.

Canvas People are sending me an email to attach photos to prove that it was broken. And they asked me if I wanted it replaced and or a credit.
I am taking the credit as soon as I get the email from them to show the broken mug. I did not have a problem with that at all.

I would very much appreciate it if you could redo the canvas. Theres a guy in the background when my granddaughter opened it for the holidays.
She was scared. It could be partially my fault too because I didnt see the guy in the background.
Very much would appreciate if they could redo it and take the guy out of there otherwise she loved it. And I would love to order a lot more of them for their rooms.

In December and last night January 29, 2023, Canvas People conveyed a price of $.99 per canvas. In combination, close to 8 hours of my life that I will never get back was spent adding and designing my purchases.
Each time, the prices went from .99 to much higher. Last night, I started with A cost of about $20 to $200, then $400, then $518.97, then high $600s until I was at $732 for the EXACT SAME ITEMS. This looks like fraud and is certainly false advertising.
I am waiting to hear back from the company to make this right. Thank you!

The balance on my account was taken under the balance required. Therefore I now have an additional $35 NSF.

Canvas People was launched in 2009. It is an online picture conversion company, a resource for assorted sizes of canvas portraits that can be created from one’s personal photos. Customers have to go online, upload their photos, and choose size, effects and frames for the canvas. Canvas People will then process, photo shop (to eliminate possible minor defects), print, spray with a protective coating (to protect from moisture, fingerprints, etc.) and wrap the canvas around the side and secure the back of a frame. During the ordering process, each option is accompanied with a price tag, so that at the end the customer gets the actual price of his canvas.
