No tracking information and no package

Canvas People - No tracking information and no package
I ordered a free 16x20 canvas in April and paid for it ony debit card back in April was hoping to get it for my daughter in law for mother's day. Still no canvas did not receive any information from them. To file a fraudulent charge on my debit card I have to go to the bank I am 74 and on a walker and can't drive. I live withy oldest daughter and she works 8-6. We live out in the country about 15 miles from town. She comes home and checks on me during her lunch and there is no way that she van can get me take me to the bank and bring me home and get back get back in a hour

On April 24th I ordered a 16X20 canvas for my daughter in law mother day present I only had to pay shipping of $22.42 which I did on my debit card No tracking information and still no package Please have someone check in to my order and call me st706 980 ****. I am a 74 year old widow and I hate emails or texts I want to talk to a real person or I will call my bank and authorize a fradulant charge on my debit card, thank you Andreawoll Patterson you zsmfres Andrea Patterson

User's recommendation: Will not recommend to anyone's untill I get an answer to my question.

Just resolve the problem why over charges , you told me free pillow just pay for shipping , but you charged me double

Took advantage of your free promotion of 16x20 ! I made mistake in choosing tint! It turned out to be way too pink and the wrap cut off part of my bridal crown! The image was not centered properly! A large dark spot in the background which I had not notice was very prominent ! I have already spent $25.10 on the canvas! It is poor quality and I would like a refund please! I payed through PayPal account! I do not want to get taken again! Help me by doing the right thing!

So I waited on hold for about 10 minutes and they never answered the phone I received a message saying that their high call volume would not allow my call to go through and that I must go to the companies website and submit a request
