I ordered 4 canvas prints and received only three of them. The fourth print that I did receive was of someone else's baby.
Have contacted customer service several times for the correction . They keep telling me that it was delivered to my house. That was for the original shipment not the reprint.
I am very unhappy. I looked up the phone number to contact Canvas people and it has been disconnected no longer in service hmmmmm 1-85*-624-**** Doesn't look like they will be getting thumbs up by me !!!!!

On the 14th or 15th of this month, i spoke to Bonnie regarding my order. She informed me that $76 would be credited to my debit card. As of today, I have not received that credit. I need the money credited to my acct as soon as possible, please. Bonnie informed me it could take 3 to 5 business days and it is 3 business days today. The 2 canvas' I ordered are lovely. I would very much like yo order a canvas for myself. The 2 I ordered are Christmas gifts for my daughters. I will highly recommend your company to family and friends.
If someone will call me or just credit my account immediately, I would greatly appreciate it.
The 1 canvas I ordered, i would like to return and have the pic edited if possible.

I ordered 2 canvas paints and I only received 1 and I was very upset about not getting the other painting. I paid for 2.
I can't get in touch with them--the phone calls will not go though.
I am VERY, VERY upset. I want the other painting!!!!
Hacked account!
I could not access my account, and when I called, they said it had been hacked. I gave them remote access and the man showed me all this supposed activity on my account.
He said "You live in Texas, right?" No, I do not. I spoke to 3 different people, none of whom were native English speakers. "Jason" asked me at one point to hold-on so he could get a drink of water. Really?
All I could hear in the background were people chattering in a foreign language. Ultimately, I was told for $250-$300 dollars, they could fix the hacked account. That only confirmed what I already knew: they were scammers. When I said "No, I do not have that kind of money," he said, "You don't have the money?
OK.
Call back later then." NOT! I just hope they don't have enough of my information to create identity theft!

I ORDERED A 11 X 14 OF MY RECENTLY DECEASED GRAND DAUGHTER . IT NEVER SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE FUNERAL.
I GOT IT AFTER THE FUNERAL AND THE QUALITY WAS SO BAD YOU CANT EVEN SEE IT. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO ASK FOR ANOTHER PICTURE TO DO IT WITH. ON TOP OF THAT EVERYTIME I TRY TO WRITE OR TO EVEN CALL I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. I WOULD NEVER AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO WALMART AND PRINT OUT YOUR PICTURES . THEY DO MORE OF A BETTER JOB THAN THESE PEOPLE DO .

I ordered the free 11x14 just pay shipping which ended up to 18.95 but my complaint is they added and charged me 29.95 extra for a photo pillow I Didn't order. Now I can't get a hold of anyone...never again and I will spread the word about this scam and company. This is what you call a one hit business, they aren't interested in repeat business evidently!
The same thing happened to me just earlier today ! I ordered the free one.
I thought that was all I ordered. A few minutes later I checked my bank account and they had taken out the $18.95 and $29.95.! I didnt order the pillow! I couldnt find a number for them, so I emailed them.
And let them know I didnt order it.Their only response was they would pass my email onto someone else. Havent heard any more. Tomorrow Im calling my bank. Chase bank is great .
Im sure if I tell them I dispute the $29.95, it will be put back in my account.
